Barr Trail to Pikes Peak is a 21.3 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Manitou Springs, Colorado that features a waterfall and is only recommended for very experienced adventurers.
Our wonderful location at the foot of Pikes Peak means access to the cottage requires some stairs to the front entrance. Spring Street provides easy loading and unloading access with fewer stairs (Spring Street is above Ruxton Avenue and in the back of the cottage).
